Sponsorship Packages

With over 1500 participating families in over 100 teams in the various WCAA sports during an athletic year, the WCAA needs considerable support from the community.  Sponsorship packages are briefly outlined below.  These sponsorships will help benefit our sports programs by assisting the WCAA in equipping the Wesley Chapel Park with many items that are required to support the sports that we offer the community.

Association Level

Sponsorship at the association level (typically $2500/$3000) guarantees the sponsor their corporate name on a banner at a minimum of three game fields and their corporate name on a team t-shirt in the three selected sports of the sponsor, and recognition on the web site.  A second year sponsorship is available for only $2000.

League Level

Sponsorship at the league level (typically $1500/$2000) guarantees the sponsor their corporate name on a banner at a minimum of two game fields and their corporate name on a team t-shirt in the two selected sports of the sponsor, and recognition on the web site.  A second year sponsorship is available for only $1000.

Sport Level

Sponsorship at the sport level (typically $750/$1000) guarantees the sponsor their corporate name on two teams’ t-shirts in the selected sport and a banner displayed at the game field for the sport season and recognition on the appropriate sport web site. 

Team Level

Sponsorship at the team level (typically $250/$300) guarantees the sponsor their logo on a team banner or their banner displayed during the teams home games and recognition on the appropriate sport web site. 

Personal Level

Sponsorship at the personal level ($50-$100) allows the WCAA to give scholarships to under-privileged children.

For large donations, a payment schedule can be set-up to accommodate your contributions fulfillment.  Also included in each sponsorship is recognition at the athletic venues, website and publications, and a personalized plaque.  Each sponsorship level has been designed to be proportionate to the level of donation.
